I have good moments and bad moments, good days and bad days. Sometimes my anxiety is very high. On days when I don't feel as much anxiety, I find worry creeping in, dreading when the anxiety will return.

What is the best thing to do when there's primarily just worry (about anxiety) happening?

I think that alone can trigger anxiety. I know it's hard, but just acknowledge it and then let it go. Go on with your life as much as possible. You can worry when it actually is back. Try to enjoy your free time.
