I've been listening to Paul's podcasts for a while, and find them very helpful. However, I am still struggling with daily anxiety, especially at work. My most bothering symptoms are dizziness and unsteadiness (a floating feeling), photosensitivity and a very strong fear of fainting or dying on the spot. I've been struggling with this for two years now, and even though I am better in some aspects, I'm still not comfortable and relaxed at work and in some other situations. I have been through a lot of stress the last year, which may have contributed to making it more difficult to recover from the anxiety. Hopefully chatting with you people will make my way to complete recovery easier!
