I know this sounds nuts, but so much of my anxiety is centered around water. I am always afraid things are leaking, I check all the time. I am nervous when anyone showers ( showers are upstairs) so I watch the ceilings downstairs. I turn my washer valves off when not in uses.

So I have had water damage to my home twice, Once from a broken hot water heater, that ended up requiring the my downstairs f floor to be replaced. Second damage was from a leaking washer. Fixed washer, replaced shut of valves. Both with past 2 years

Now it is pouring buckets out ( I am in So cal), and I am really having a hard time. I have never been a huge rain fan, but I have never reacted tike this either.

Has anyone else ever experience this, or something similar? My husband is telling me how much better I am lately, but today, right now.. I do not feel better at all.
