Hello all! I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. Yesterday was Mother's Day, so to all your mom's out there, Happy Mama's day.

So just a quick message regarding the topic above. I've had some weird sensations in the past week, but it's not the first time I've had it. The only way to desribe it is you have a "rushing feeling", followed by a tingly feeling on one side of your body (for me it's on the right side.) Anyway, when it's all said and done, usually it goes away on it's own (it could take a few minutes or few hours but it depends.)

Well this morning, I was driving into work and felt this somehwat dizziness feeling (I didn't go into the full spins, but it felt like it was coming on.) Anyway, I got over that, but now I'm feeling very weak in the legs, and having issues saying a few words. Of course, I've hit the web in search of symptoms for a stroke. I don't fit the criteria but it feels very weird. I took a Lorazepam because it's the one med that makes me feel better when I feel like crap. Of note, I don't take it everyday, or maybe enven every week.

I will know in a few minutes if I should be worried or not. Usually the meds take an hour to kick in. If they take care of all the sensations I've decribed aboe, then great. If not, then I need to make a call and set up an appointment. Am I stressing about it? Not really. Just wishing this feeling AI've had for the last hour or so will go away.

Hope you are well. Have a good one.

Arturo

I'm doing well guys. Thanks for asking. Just reading the title of my topic is funny right now. I know what happened to me was just anxiety, but I made it bigger than it really was. We all knowthat as soon as we can the "irrational thoughts" out of our heads, it'll be a sign that we are winning our fight with GAD. Sure it's hard not to associate an uncomfortable feeling with an illness, but I'm trying. Each day has been a battle. I'm hoping I can have a just a few days of peace of mind. We shall see.

Be well.
