Hello everyone, only recently become aware of Paul Dooley and his Anxiety Guru site but what a relief that I have found something/someone who gets it and has written about this horrible disorder in a way that you can relate to. I am now filled with optimism and working on (as directed by Paul's ebooks) recovery. I would just like to ask however, has anyone ever experienced panic whilst driving, including tunnels and stopping at traffic lights?

thanks for posting. I also have panic and anxiety when driving or when there is alot of traffic and the fear of not getting out of it.
